The patient is 6 months post-operative. She had a previous breast reduction performed by another plastic surgeon in which too much breast tissue was removed and the nipples were placed too high. We performed a breast augmentation (breast implants) and removed some excess breast skin in order to get the nipples to come down a little bit. Patient also had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).
