Financial Policies

Cosmetic office consultations for injectable and laser services are $50.00. Consultations for cosmetic surgery are $100.00. This fee is non-refundable. This consultation fee is paid at the time the appointment is made and secures your appointment date and time with the doctor. Should you decide to have the treatment or surgery, this fee will be applied to the service. If a patient is not approved for a surgery/treatment or decides not to have surgery/treatment, this consultation fee goes to the practice for the doctor’s time, advice, and expertise. (If you reschedule your consultation appointment greater than 48 hours in advance, this fee will be applied to your rescheduled consultation cost.

If you no-show to your scheduled consultation appointment, arrive 15 minutes or more late, or reschedule within 48 hours or less of your scheduled time, this consultation fee will be forfeited to the practice and a new fee will be charged to reschedule your consultation appointment.)

Since first time Med Spa appointments include an initial skin care analysis and consult with the aesthetician before treatment, a $50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment date and time.

Future appointments of ALL types (Follow-up appts, Post-op appts, Post-procedure appts, MedSpa appts, Aesthetic Procedure appts- Laser, Injectables, ETC.), a working debit/credit card on file is required to schedule your time slot. You will incur a $50 charge to your card or $50 deduction from any pre-payment(s) on your account if you are a no show, arrive 15 minutes or more late, or if cancellations are made within 48 hours of your booked date.

Any pre-paid treatment(s) or package purchase(s) made to The Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery will EXPIRE one (1) year from purchase date. The remaining dollar credit may be used towards retail priced services only. Full payment is required to secure the appointments and unused treatment within the series cannot be refunded.

If clients use a gift card towards cosmetic service purchase, this cannot be combined with waived consultation cost or monthly specials.

For clients that are going to be receiving any non-operative in-office aesthetic procedure, the total cost of the services to be given to you that day will be discussed before the procedure. Full payment is due on the day of the services.

For clients receiving a consultation for an operative cosmetic treatment, a full quote will be given to you on the day of your consultation. This quote will include the plastic surgeon’s fee, the facility fee, and the anesthesia fee. Quotes are good for 6 months from consultation date. A nonrefundable deposit is required to book your surgery and/or to claim the monthly special associated with the quote. The deposit will be 10% of the total cost of your surgery (with a minimum of $500 down). (If the quote includes a monthly special discount, the deposit for the procedure must be put down prior to the end of the month.) The payment of the remaining balance will be due during your last pre-operative visit before the date of your surgery. This fee will also cover all routine post-operative visits. The surgery center will collect the facility fee and the anesthesia fee the day of the operation and will discuss this with you prior to your surgery. (We are not responsible for price increases related to the anesthesia and facility fee(s)

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, debit card, credit card, or patient financing through CareCredit or Alphaeon. If you would like to pay by check, you must pay for your services 7 days prior to your scheduled date and check must have cleared.

If any refunds are deemed necessary for any reason, there will be a 10% (of the total transaction) processing fee for the refund.
