Sun Spots The Woodlands
WHAT IT IS
Sun spots or solar lentigines are a common skin problem. These spots are seen as a flat brown and black portion of the skin that develop after prolonged exposure to the sun. Sunspots are also referred to as liver spots and age spots and can vary in size, shape and color. People of all ages are susceptible to these spots, and they often show up on parts of the body that get the most sun exposure, such as the face, hands, arms, chest and back.
